Archiving Policy
IMANENSA: Journal of Theology & Multidisciplinary Studies is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles through secure and integrated digital archiving systems.
1. Automatic Archiving via OJS
All published articles are automatically stored and archived within the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform managed by the Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Sumatera Medan. This system ensures permanent accessibility for every published manuscript.
2. External Archiving
The journal participates in digital preservation systems such as:
-
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to ensure long-term content preservation.
-
Independent archiving via LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS through university and library networks (if available).
3. Author Self-Archiving
Authors are allowed to deposit both pre-print and post-print versions of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networking platforms, provided that they include a link to the final published version on the official journal website.
4. Permanent Access
All published content will remain openly accessible indefinitely, even in the event that the journal ceases publication or migrates to a new platform.
